NBA's Best 5 Players Since 2014 All-Star Break
Since the All-Star break many NBA players are playing outstanding, but in particularly there are ten players who are causing a lot of buzz around the league. In no order here are some of the top players since the All-Star break. The top 5 players that have been playing out standing other than, Lebron James, Kevin Durant, DeAndre Jordan, Blake Griffin, and Chris Paul.
1.) Tobias Harris averaged 18.2 points on 52.1 percent shooting since the All-Star break, as well as 6.2 rebounds and 1.3 steals. In his time with the team to close out last season, Harris put up 17.3 points and 8.5 rebounds, so it isn't exactly anything new or surprising. But it's still noteworthy nonetheless.
2.) The Portland Trail Blazers, Nick Batum, is the most of his terrific player in March, but Batum has become a rebounding machine. He's averaging his usual scoring average, but he's bumped his rebounding from 6.5 during the season to 10.7 per game since All-Star weekend.
For this month, Batum's snatching 13.3 rebounds per game, tying for second with center DeMarcu Cousins. Batum's lanky frame and incredible 7'4" wingspan has allowed him to outhustle some of the league's best rebounding teams.
3.) Trevor Ariza best performances have come against weaker teams, but his play has helped separate the Wizards from the pack, he averaged 16.7 points since the break, shooting 50.9 percent and 50 percent from three-point range. Ariza's numbers before that aren't much different, with him scoring 14.4 points on 44.2 percent and 39.9 percent from the field and from three.
4.) James Harden has been one of the NBA's best 10 players all season, he is the league's best since the break, and Harden's play as a force to be reckoned with going forward. He has been significantly improving in all areas. Harden is one of the league's best shooting guards if not the best.
5.) Kenneth Faried does his best to help his team win, but his playing has been noticed.
Faried averages a solid 10.4 points and 7.6 rebounds before All-Star weekend, shooting 54.4 percent from the field and 58.8 percent from the free-throw line. Since the break, he's hit a new stride which I'm sure Nuggets fans hope continues. Faried's 21.9 points and 9.8 rebounds per game in March are beyond anything we've seen before from him, with his previous career-high average being 11.5 points per game last season.

Lebron Hits 61
Lebron At It Again
Lebron James put on the best scoring game of his NBA career, pouring in 61 points. Lebron's career high and franchise record as
the Miami Heat
beat the Charlotte
Bobcats 124-107. It was the eighth straight win for the two-time defending
champions, who are starting to roll as the playoffs get near. Lebron James made 22 of 33 shots from the field, including his first eight 3-point
attempts. His career best previously had been 56 points, on March 20, 2005, for Cleveland against
Toronto. Glen Rice scored 56 to set the Heat record on April 15, 1995, against
Orlando. James had 24 points at halftime, then added 25 in the third quarter. That was the moment, James said, when he knew he was in the midst of a
special night."I felt pretty good in the first half but halftime can always kind of derail
things and slow things up," James said. "But I was able to get things going once
again in the third quarter and I knew it could be one of those nights."Lebron killed it in his game agianst the Bobcats, some people might say it's white mask he was wearing. Lebron should start wearing the mask every game if he has games like he did against the Bobcats. The Heat didn't even have there all star gaurd Dwayne Wade, who got a night off to rest. James scored 11 in the first quarter, after which Miami led by three, and added
13 more in the second. His 24-point first half was the highest-scoring opening
24 minutes for the four-time MVP in nearly a year, helping stake the Heat to a
60-54 lead at the break. It's incredible that he scored that much, not as many players now a days score over 60 points. Only over 15 people have scored over 60 points in a single game.

Jason Collins Makes A Come Back
Jason Collins Is Back
Jason Collins makes a come back to the NBA becoming the first openly gay athlete to play in the NBA. Sunday he played 12 minutes in the Brooklyn Nets' win over the Los Angeles Lakers.Jason Collins missed his only field goal attempted and did not score, but played nearly seven minutes in the fourth quarter and showed he can still play defense and set bruising screens that free up his teammates. Jason Collins held news conferences before and after Sunday night's game, which was something different for a player who has been a player in the NBA for 12 seasons. His return to the NBA after revealing him being openly gay has been a distraction to his teammates. Brooklyn point guard Deron Williams, said that he was proud to be a part of a historic night but ultimately didn't think it felt all that different from any other game that he has played in. Deron Williams says, "I'm happy for him, I know he's been sitting around waiting for a job, so I'm happy to see him on a team and happy that he's on our team. As some players are happy for him to be on the team, not all fans are happy forhim to be on the team saying things about him coming out. Even though he is the first NBA player to be openly gay, he's still proved that he can playthe lock down defense that he is known for. Brooklyn Nets head coach Jason Kidd played with Jason Collins in New Jersey from 2001-08, making it to the NBA Finals. The Nets signed Collins to a 10-day contract Sunday morning, Collins wore jersey number 46 in Sunday's game but will wear number 98 for the remainder of his time with the Nets. Because of the speed with which he was signed Sunday, there wasn't time to prepare that jersey number in time for tipoff. Jason Collins wears the number 98 is in honor of Matthew Shepard, a University of Wyoming student who died in a notorious anti-gay hate crime in 1998. Collins has worn the jersey number with both the Celtics and Wizards in previous seasons.
